| Wow. This movie was incredible. It totally blew me away. I was not entirely sure what to expect other than an entertaining sci fi flick. But damn. I was just in awe the entire time. It seems so real. It's filmed in a documentary style, and there were plenty of times I had no problem believing that this was really happening in South Africa. Everyone should see this movie. Not just is it an achievement in science fiction film making, but it's a brilliant piece of social cometary as well. Two thumbs way fucking up | |

| One more important point:
The best way to see this movie, is with as little knowledge about it ahead of time. Stay away from the reviews that spill info on the story, don't go wikipedia the movie. Don't go looking for pictures of the aliens or anything. Trust me. The less you know before you go in, the more you willenjoy it. | |

| I've only seen like one preview, but I read an article about Peter Jackson in the Wall street journal a couple weeks ago that mentioned the movie and got me interested in seeing it. I'm gonna see it as soon as I can, which would probably be monday. | |

| So, I didn't get to see it today. I was going to go with my brothers, didn't realize it was rated R and one of them is 15 and the other is 2 days away from being 17, haha. and I had to take them back home so I couldn't exactly get back in time if I'd wanted to see it by myself. This was pretty much my only free day this week too. | |

| I finally saw it a couple few weeks ago So grim and amazing. Seems like a very realistic representation of what would happen if we encountered an alien species. | |
