The Musical Education Thread!

So Here's how it works: Post a video of a song or a band that you think people need to know about. It's gotta be something you think the masses might be unaware of. The point is to introduce people to new music. Oh. And you have to make a comment regarding a Song before you can post one.

I like that song. I don't like the vocals that much, or the lyrics. The riffs are kind of thrash-rock'n'roll, which works here, but happy thrash isn't really my kind of thing. That's why I don't like Metallica's My Apocalypse that much. Happy riffs don't sit well with me.

That middle heavy part under the solo is insane though. (starts at 2:50)

Update edit: I can't stop listening to it now. Too bad the happy riffs ruin the rest of the song for me. AAAAHHhhhhh

SYL is fucking amazing and The New Black is (imo) their best album. Too bad it was their last. This song is awesome. Devin Towsend's vocals are mind blowing. Great song.
